Cassie received her Master in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Cassie was exposed to the world of sensory integration early in graduate school while serving as a therapy aid at a local clinic and working in a research lab. Cassie’s love of science and passion for play come together in her work with children. She loves getting to know a child and finding their “magic recipe” for success. Cassie knows many areas of her work: from collaboration with families, to supporting self-advocacy, to sharing in the excitement as a child’s success starts to unfold.
Perhaps the most rewarding aspect is helping children become their “truest self” and seeing families grow in their understanding of what their child is capable of and how to best support them. Cassie is a true nature lover and avid home cook. Her weekends are often spent with her husband, young sons, and friends and family while outdoors or in the kitchen.
