Tiffany Palmbach

Mental Health Therapist, Parent Coach

Tiffany is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting children and families across home, school, and community-based settings. She brings a system-oriented approach and deep commitment to supporting children and families in navigating the complexities of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Tiffany specializes in supporting neurodivergent children and their families, as well as those experiencing anxiety, social difficulties, and behavioral challenges.

 

A central focus of Tiffay’s work is partnering with parents and caregivers to deepen their understanding of their child’s developmental needs. She is passionate about empowering parents through a collaborative approach to develop practical tools and strategies to support their child’s areas of growth, build on their strengths and promote emotional wellbeing. Tiffany is dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel genuinely seen, heard and valued, cultivating a space where children and families can grow and thrive.  

 

Outside of her clinical work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family, which often involves supporting her children in their various activities. She loves to read and travel and strives to create balance in life through yoga, meditation and connection with community.
