Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is a mind-body practice that focuses on physical, emotional and mental health. Yoga for children uses movement, mindfulness, breathing and games, meeting each child where they are to work on emotional regulation, coordination, and confidence. Children need movement in order to process feelings and to integrate new learning- and yoga offers a safe space to explore and find new strategies for calm. No yoga experience needed, and with our focus on relationships, parents are welcomed into sessions with their kids!
