MS/ Parent Coach
Meredith Wodrich received her Bachelor’s in Art Therapy from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, a certification in Addiction Counseling from the College of St. Catherine in St, Paul, MN, and her Master’s in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She worked with individuals, groups and families as an art therapist, counselor and supervisor in addiction/mental health treatment for 30 years. She also worked with children and adults on the autism spectrum as a reading tutor and experiential therapist.
Meredith raised 2 children as a single parent, one of whom is on the autism spectrum. Meredith is passionate about supporting personal growth and creative self expression in others, and has a particular interest in supporting parents of children with special needs. She believes in the importance of respecting children as whole human beings, and the power of parental self care in making a positive impact on relationships with children.
In her free time, she loves to bike, swim, make art and be out in nature.
