Occupational therapy for children focuses on building the skills necessary to play, engage effectively at home and school, and care for themselves.
At Children’s Therapy Network we work closely with the child and their families to build these specific skills. We place a strong emphasis on parent education, so that parents can continue to support their child’s success long after end of therapy. Our therapists have extensive training in parenting and relationship strategies that we weave into treatment. We have found that by supporting a strong family foundation, children flourish and parents and caregivers become strong advocates for their children.
Our clinic has a wide variety of well-equipped session rooms to address the
differing needs of our clients. We can also provide services in the home
when therapeutically appropriate.
